About Maia I am the owner of Tone Up Fitness - Indoor & Outdoor Personal & Group Fitness. In my personal time , I enjoy Road Cycling, Charity Fun Runs and Triathlons. I am a student of Go Kan Ryu Karate at the Brown Belt level and I am aiming for Black very soon.
As a trainer, I do not subscribe to the philosophy of “no pain, no gain”. I advocate a safe and healthy approach that provides the right challenge to increase your level of fitness without “breaking” you in the process.
