At MY BODY, we assess and select the trainer who is a perfect fit for you. By doing this we can guarantee you success and allow you to feel comfortable with your trainer at all times. One on one 1 on 1 personal training is all about you. The entire session is based around your need and goals. Whilst training, there is always time to discuss nutrition and your exercise outside of the studio. Two on one 2 on 1 training is almost as personal as 1 on 1 but at nearly half the cost. It is a great way to make personal training more affordable and more fun. You could even use your training partner to train the rest of the week. It is much harder to cancel a walk or a jog when you have arranged to meet someone.
Small group circuits We have regular scheduled groups running throughout the week, but if you have a group of friends and you want your own small group, we can find a suitable time and away we go. We run open regular 8 small group trainings from Tuesday to Saturday - indoor (winter) or outdoor (summer). *see the timetable for more info This is the most affordable way to train and it means you don’t have to motivate yourself for any sessions on your own. You will have an appointment with the group trainer everyday.
