Since 2003 my training has gone
through a substantial transformation. In 2005, I was introduced to a new style
of exercising and toning up. This changed completely the way I was to continue
working out. I went from bodybuilding machines to the physical training
described below.
Everyone goes to the gym for different reasons, for
some, it is simply to do a quick workout after a demanding day at work. Others
have more focused goals in mind that they want to work towards.
In my workout I focus on well-being, the right
exercise technique and maximum concentration. Mind/will is very important in
one's personal life and it is the same in fitness and sports. If you want to
achieve something in training, no matter what the goal is, you need to have
maximum focus on your training.
As a professional, where it is necessary, I am able to
work in hand with a nutritional counselor, as well as physiotherapists and
orthopedic surgeons to help give you the results you are after.
The most important thing for me is my clients
well-being and that they feel I am there just for them. My
clients appreciate it very much and they feel superb.
